TingTing at Digital Nepal Conclave 2026: Building Communication for More Connected Nepal
On September 20, Nepal’s technology ecosystem came together at Digital Nepal Conclave 2026 at The Plaza, Pulchowk, around one important question:
How do we build a digital Nepal that is not only smarter, but stronger and more resilient?
This year’s theme,
“Building Digital Resilience: Redefining Governance, Data and the Digital Economy,”
brought together policymakers, technology leaders, innovators, businesses and young entrepreneurs to discuss the systems that will shape Nepal’s digital future.
For TingTing, being an In Association With Partner of Digital Nepal Conclave 2026 was more than being present at one of Nepal’s leading technology conversations. It was an opportunity to demonstrate where we believe a significant part of digital transformation begins: better communication.
From Just Talking About AI to Experiencing It
Digital transformation becomes meaningful when technology moves beyond presentations and becomes something people can actually use.
At DNC 2026, TingTing took the opening Digital Spark stage and was part of the event’s Digital Initiative Showcase, giving participants an opportunity to explore how AI-powered communication can work in real business environments.
Through the TingTing Experience Centre, participants could experience the possibilities of intelligent business communication rather than simply hear about them. TingTing’s growing ecosystem brings together voice, messaging and digital conversations across solutions such as Call Broadcast, Text, Omni, Agents, Forms and Connect, powered by its locally developed AI engine, Riri.
The idea is simple: technology should help organizations communicate with thousands of people while keeping those interactions useful, accessible and human.
Technology Matters Most When It Helps People
A digital economy is not built by putting services online alone.
Citizens need to receive important information. Businesses need to communicate with customers. Institutions need ways to collect feedback. Service providers need to respond quickly. And during critical situations, information needs to reach people through channels they already understand and use.
That is where communication becomes part of digital resilience.
Voice, SMS, messaging platforms and AI-powered conversations can help connect digital systems with the people those systems are ultimately designed to serve.
For TingTing, contributing to Digital Nepal means helping make that connection simpler, smarter and more scalable.
How TingTing Helped DNC Stay Connected
At the DNC, TingTing was doing more than showcasing technology. It was also helping the event stay connected with the people around it.
TingTing Omni helped manage thousands of conversations across social media and digital channels, while TingTing Agents handled call queries and helped people find the information they needed.
Important notices and event updates were also shared through SMS and WhatsApp Broadcast, making it easier to reach people quickly and keep them informed.
For us, that was the real value of being part of DNC, using technology in a way that made communication simpler, faster and easier for everyone.
Building Better Connections for a Digital Nepal
Digital Nepal Conclave 2026 brought together 500+ participants, 50+ speakers and 25+ innovation showcases to explore how technology can shape Nepal’s digital future.
For TingTing, being part of that conversation meant more than showcasing technology. It was about showing how better communication can help businesses, organizations and people stay more connected.
We believe Nepal should not only adopt the technology of the future, we should help build it.
That is why TingTing continues to develop AI-powered communication solutions in Nepal, designed to solve real communication challenges today and support a more connected tomorrow.
Because digital progress starts when technology becomes useful to people.
TingTing – AI-powered business communication, built in Nepal for a more connected world.
